Question 4K, IPS, 60hz or 1440p, TN, 144hz ?

Hello, so I am looking for an upgrade to my BenQ GL2440 monitor. I have some types of monitors for this. Mainly what I want to do with my monitor is watching YouTube and some time competitive CS:GO with my friends. So I think for content consumption an 4k ips is perfect for this, but probably not so grate at playing games. Then the 1440p with an tn panel and greater refresh rate is good for games but the tn panel is the opposite of ips.
So why I made this thread ? to ask what type of monitor should I buy.
This is only about the type of the monitor not of what monitor or what components I have and what budget I have.

You could get a VA panel to have a balance of both

There are a few IPS 2560x1440 144hz panels around the price range of 4K 60hz IPS. That would give the best balance of color quality, view angles and refresh rate for gaming.

It would really depend on how obsessed you are with detail vs refresh rate. I'm perfectly happy with a 60hz IPS panel for games. Then again I don't go for competitive gaming. I couldn't say if that would put you at a disadvantage. I consider color quality and detail of paramount importance.

Frankly, it is a personal choice. You know the pros and cons. If you can't decide. Assign each criteria a percentage of perceived value. Then score each of those criteria for a total satisfaction value. Here is an example

Wow, thanks for really the best response I got on any subject. Yes I know that this and that better and worst, I found some monitors that will probably satisfy me, here there are :
