Question 4K RGB @60Hz with integrated GPU ?

Does anyone have experience with the latest Intel 12th gen processors or the latest AMD socket AM4 processors whereby onboard integrated GPU can output 4K RGB @ 60Hz not YcBcR ? (no graphics card installed).

We haven't bought the processors yet. We will output to Samsung QA50Q60A where we want 4K full RGB @60Hz.
