[SOLVED] 4K TV Question

Hello all,

My mum has just bought a 4K television but we have an older TiVo Virgin box which itself cannot do 4K. The television does however have Netflix on it with it being a smart tv, so we could watch 4K Netflix. My question is this however: to watch HD TV channels upscaled to 4K or to watch certain Netflix shows at 4K do I need a specific 4K capable HDMI cable or would any HDMI cable do? I presume not as the TV itself does the upscaling but I want to double check anyway.
