Question 5 Beeps at startup

Hey there. My pc is giving 5 beeps when I turn it on, since sometime. There is no display. First time I encountered this, I replaced CMOS battery and it worked as normal for sometime then occured again. Then I checked all the wiring and all. I don't really want to reseat the CPU as I don't have any thermal paste left and will have to order online, I will if the issue is persistant.
Incase you're wondering I have cleaned the RAM sticks and put them back on. Seems issue is not with them.

What I've noticed is that after it beeps, if I take out the HDMI from the graphics card and put it back in, the display comes on. Shows that PC IS working;

Zebronics H61 Motherboard, Mini ITX form factor
Core i5 3470 3.2 GHz
8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz HyperX Fury and 4 GB Hynix 1600 MHz RAM
Galax GT 1030 GDDR5 White
Coolermaster MWE Bronze V2 Non - Modular Power Supply

Also, I have the monitor and PC power cables wired to two extensions, and the second one has plug with two wires, meaning improper grounding.

And oh the Monitor is Acer KG241Q 165 Hz
