50% while idle?!?!

Hello everyone I have an issue with my PC when I'm idle my ram is 50%. I have 12gb of ram what should I do? I use Windows 10 also

Check task manager, click the processes tab and sort highest to lowest in the memory column. Look for processes consuming lots of memory.

The processes you find that is using a lot, right click it and click search online. Search will lead you to an explanation and function of that process.

If any process is suspicious or malicious, searching the process.exe will tell you if its a worry or not.

Run a virus and malware scan during Windows safemode.

I checked the task manager and the only service that use a lot if ram is my Antivirus that uses only 120 mb of ram

no its not my cpu its my Ram. Cpu is working fine

Oh sorry thought cpu. Windows 10 can use a lot of memory if its available. It will become available f you run something that requires more ram like a game.
