I'm building a rig mainly for COD, and a few other games. Also streaming videos and such. This is what I have so far:

I'm not worrying about monitor or OS right now..
I already have a mouse.
Ordering within a few weeks.

It looks good to me, you could go with a less powerful PSU (500W) but the one you have is fine. Just be aware about the warning "ASRock H77M Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but Cooler Master Elite 311 (Orange) ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports."

Thank you. I chose the PSU because it was modular.

I am by no means anyone to listen to, but Ive also been doing mega research on building a cheap, yet good gaming pc. From what ive seen the i3 2120 is about the best bang for the buck, unless your wanting latest and greatest.
I just used the link you provided for that mobo and chip set, again from what ive read it is again best bang for the buck (h77), but yours only has the two dimm slots, that for now is good, but later, might want to look into mobos with same chipeset but 4 dimm slots for later upgrades. Also does it have a good amount of pci slots. From what ive read you want your dual graphics to be 2 8x vs 1 16x and 1 4x. Im a little unsure of that due the the lack of those boards though.
You didnt list a hd. Again from my research Id opt for less storage atm to a ssd hd.
