$500 netbook for collage

Hi,
I'm thinking about buying a new netbook. Mostly, I will use it for collage stuff - you know, writing essays, research on the internet.
I also would like to use it for photoshopping as I'm quite fascinated by digital photography.

My limit are $500.

Do you have suggestions which to buy?
