520w Psu with sapphire r9 280x vapor-x dual fan?

I currently have a Seasonic s1211 520w Psu and I don't have a gpu but my uncle was giving me an sapphire r9 280x will my psu handle the gpu and also I dont have a money to upgrade my psu so I'm asking if it will get the job done.

SPECS:
i5 3470
Asus h61mc
8gb ddr3 ram
2 120mm fans
1td seagate 7.5k rpm hdd

That card really requires 30A/550w psu minimum. The S12-II is 40A/520w. So yes, it'll do the job as long as you don't go overboard on drives, fans etc that add a bunch of 12v derived wattage. In your case, since you can't OC, it's actually a bonus. Don't OC the gpu, the cpu/gpu is already a pretty balanced match.
