This is if you really, REALLY need to play on a monitor.

However, I highly advise that you don't buy monitor.
Here's why:

1. You can play on TV
2. The money spent on monitor could be used to increase your PC's performance instead
3. The monitor at low price range are all garbage that, unless your TV is even worse than the monitor, you can play on TV and it will be a better experience.
