550e@803 temp?

40-50 isn't thaaat bad but you should try to keep it in the 30's-40's. Under a full load of seti and UT timedemo for about 5 hours my 550e@733 gets up to 46c. It is supposed to get up there in the temps tho when it is running a decent load. Now that isn't bad either but you want to keep that thing as cool as possible. I say don't worry but try to get it cooler if you can. Have you tried any thermal paste?

Hmm since a CPU may reach 65°C without danger i guess there is no reason to worry. Most intel CPU work well till 80 °C.
I got my P3-650@100 overklocked to 910@140 it reaches the 60°C and my system is rock stable.
Even my mobile PII300 reaches the 70°C whitch is well within limit's according to the manual

65c is a little to hot for me. I like to keep my sh!t cool as hell. Maybe I am paranoid but I don't want to keep it anywhere near what Intel says is the max temp for their cpu's.

I'm not exactly sure, but I've got my Celery 2 566 @ 850 and the CPU temp is around 50C. No problems from heat, but I am going to be adding more/bigger case fans. Cooler is always better.
