Hi! Im not super tech savvy and am struggling to find the reason as to why my CPU decides to spike in temps as soon as I open something.

This began to happen about 2 weeks ago and I have not made any changes to neither hardware nor software recently. My idle temps are around 40-50 C and this problem doesnt seem to affect those at all, but as soon as I open any form of application the temp spikes and my fans go crazy but just for a bit, then it goes back to normal temps. Its mostly worrying when opening games which usually would maybe spike it to 80 C tops, then go to 65-70. Instead it immediately spikes it to 85 C or even 90 C then goes completely normal to 65-70 C again.

So far I have checked for malware and cleaned dust but it didnt change anything

My specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING
Ram: Kingston Fury Beast 16GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16
SSD/HDD: Western Digital SN850 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 8 GB
PSU: Corsair RM850X 2021 850W
Chassis: Zalman S5 ATX
OS: Win 10
Monitor 1: BenQ GL2450H
Monitor 2 (main): XWU-CBA (Huawei MateView GT 27-inch Standard Edition)

Edit: I forgot to list the fans, cooler for CPU is the stock cooler for the 5600X aswell as the other fans are stock coolers for the chassis

I hope I listed the specs correct haha, I appreciate any advice!
