[SOLVED] 5700xt selection

I am planning on getting a 5700xt next month. I have looked around and saw 3 fan gpus and 2 fan gpus from relatively popular brands. I eas looking at gigabytes 3fan 5700xt at $399 but I heard that they run loud. What is the best 5700xt that doesnt drift too far from $400

Also a quick question. Im trying to do all black and white build. Would it be okay to paint over the red on the gpu?

Red devil is also good, but i'd go sapphire for the great customer care (supposedly, i haven't had to call them).

You can paint over the red if you wish. It should not affect performance.

You may be able to find an all black card, but it may not be as good as the fancier ones.

The Sapphire nitro RX5700xt is an upscale version of the pulse.

It will fit your white and black looks.

Unfortunately it is $449. But you wont have to buy paint and spend time in that.
