Question 5900x hanging with ASRock b450

I just got a 5900x and put it in b450 steel legend but it's not working properly. When I turn on the PC, it like hangs a bit where only 2 fans spin before posting and I can't get into bios with f2, only from windows recovery. Never had any of the issues on Ryzen 1600. Tried lasted beta and non beta bios. Anyone know a fix?

Did you update the BIOS before installing the new CPU? Also, have you manually reset the motherboard BIOS (with jumper or battery removal method) at any point?

Im going to sound rude here but i would be looking at a decent b550 or a x570 with the 5900x if im being completely honest

If I was swapping motherboard I would go am5. That would more than double the budget for less performance

That delay when booting can be because of "Memory training" if you didn't set XMP.

I set xmp. My bigger problem is being unable to access bios. On the first day it only worked from windows recovery, then it worked from delete key, but now doesn't work at all from both options even after CMOS reset

I figured out if I press f11 then I can enter bios from there
