Noticed my system wasn't performing as usual today on iracing and when I opened up HWinfo64 I found out why. For some reason my CPU clock is stuck at 3400. Anyone know what could be the cause? The only change made on the system before the problem occurred was a Radeon software update.

Solution
Try a CMOS reset: turn off, remove power, remove the coin cell battery and short pins. Then reassemble.

If that doesn't fix it then completely remove and clean up old display drivers using disply driver uninstaller (DDU):

In fact, you might should do that anyway after the CMOS reset. Then reinstall the Radeon Drivers and as well AMD chipset drivers after getting them new from the AMD support web site.
