Casing : Corsair Carbide 300R
SSD: OCZ Vertex 4 128gb sata 3 BROKEN
HDD : WD Blue 1 TB
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K Unlocked
Cooler : CM Hyper EVO 212
VGA: Sapphire HD 7950 OC
Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 BROKEN
Memory :Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb ddr3 1600
PW : Corsair CX650M

I'm not really sure if my MOBO is broken but it can't read my Video card anymore then i tried on-board it runs on VGA cable but won't on HDMI as well, then a couple of days it won't boot and detect my SSD in the BIOS. I tested my SSD to another pc and it can't be detected in the BIOS as well.

My budget is only $500, I'm thinking of just replacing the broken parts or is it better to buy a new system and save what can be save for future proofing?? Im kinda regretting that the processor will just put to waste or 6 years have already been worth it? I just play DOTA 2 and Witcher 3

I've been far away with the latest news, now I'm just catching up for these new components, Please suggest a good CPU,MOBO,SSD and Video Card within my budget and which should I get, Intel or AMD?

Solution
Samsung SSDs are very good but also very expensive. Since you never had an SSD before, you can buy the cheapest SSD for your budget, it will already be a crazy increase in speed for you.

Be careful, that motherboard needs a B450 motherboard and not a B350 motherboard.
1st Gen CPU (1000 models) need a B350.
2nd Gen CPU (2000 models) need a B350 or B450 model.

Based on your websites, the best I could do is this:

Thanks for the input, $300 is my budget for the CPU,MOBO.Video Card, and Memory

That's a very tight budget. The Ryzen 5 2600 is already half of that budget. This is cheapest gaming build you can get:

You're god dang right! limited stocks for components as well

So you have about 250$ left for a GPU. What websites do you have there? Lazada? Shopee? Anything else?

I hve narrow it down to these components :

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor ($159.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($139.89 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Samsung - 970 Evo 250 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($86.55 @ Amazon) or

Video Card : Zotac 1050 Ti OC , ASUS GTX 1050 TI, PowerColor Red Devil RX 570

This is what I can come up with but I think it's overbudget because it's 32,700 peso (550$ I think)

It's weird. The GTX 1060 is the same price and some are cheaper than the RX 570 on your website but the GTX 1060 is much better. The RX 570 is also much better than the 1050Ti

Why you don't want to buy on Shopee or Lazada? I use it in Indonesia it's very good. Just look for the local vendor and not the chinese vendors because they don't offer warranty.

I made a list for AMD and Intel because the price difference for both is very close. Can you help me decide on some parts as well? TIA
