so my budget is around $650 but ill be using the $50 For my Monitor ( I dont Have a monitor yet)

I want to create a PC that will be able to Play BF4 and TITANFALL on High Settings

I already picked a CPU - FX-6300 and a GPU - R9 270X ( Can Either be the Vapor-X or the MSI Battlefield 4 Edition since I dont have BF4 YET XD )

Can you choose which Case,MoBo, Ram and PSU will I buy?

Im ok with a 4GB ram cause i will be buying another stick next month. I already made a List but it exceeded my 650% budget

If you can live without storage then you can swap the hard drive for an SSD ,and if you can live without a DVD drive you can make it a decent SSD

^ i can live without a dvd drive. but will my CD run if use a USB Optical drive( I will borrow it from my friend)

Yeah a USB optical drive with work like a normal DVD drive - maybe a little slower. I would stick windows on a USB flash drive if you can as it makes installation so much quicker.
