Hello everyone,

I would like to build a new pc for general purposes(including gaming hehe).I need to spend the less money i can(max 680 euro) but my pc must be able to run new games on good graphic settings and 3d programs like 3ds max (so i need a good cpu). Also i need parts that give me a future prospect of upgrade.I dont need a monitor or OS and i dont care about case. After some research I ended in these parts:

cpu, intel core i5-4460 price 188 euro
mobo, Gigabyte Z97P-D3 89 euro
gpu, Gigabyte Radeon R9 270 2GB WindForce 2X OC 175 euro
ram, Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600MHz 70 euro
hdd, Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 80 euro or Seagate Barracuda 500GB, 7200rpm, SATA 6GB/s,16MB 47 euro
power supply, -still searching-

Whats your opinion about these parts?Do you have any better idea? Also i would like to have some advices for a power supply that cost around 50 euro. And a last little thing,if you can suggest a yellow or gold colored ram module it would be good,so it looks nice with the motherboard.
p.s. Sorry for any mistake on my english.

No need for a Z97 board, with a locked i5, unless it supports SLI. Just go with an B85 anniversary. Since you have the budget for it, I would go with a better GPU. GPU matters a lot for gaming, so get the best you can afford. This is near your max, but the GPU is a good deal better than an R9 270.

Thank you very much for the answer!I didnt know that "non k" processors cant get overclocked. So i think I ll buy the motherboard and video card you suggest. The only bad think is that b85 dont support 5th gen processors for a later upgrade but nevermind.

If you want 5th gen support then any H97 or Z97 board would be compatible.
The caviar blue is almost as good as black but is often cheaper
Power supply - XFX, seasonic or antec
GPU: get an r9 280 or gtx 960 at least

Do you think its worth it to buy a better mobo for the prospect of a 5th gen processor?I mean ,will it have a lot better performance than the 4460 or 4440?I d like to have an upgrade in about 2-3 years but maybe it would be better to change the motherboard too so it can support ddr4 rams.

To be honest, no. If you buy an i5 now, by the time you need to upgrade it the 7th or 8th gen would be available :)

One last thing before i buy ...Is XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB Double Dissipation Edition a good choise for my low budget, or it would be better to look for another manufacturer?

5th gen will not be fast enough to warrant making the switch, over 4th gen, anyway.
