600w PSU with Intel Core i5 3570k and ATI Radeon HD 6870 OC 2GB

Can I overclock my Intel Core i5 3570k running at 3.4ghz stock too about 4ghz on a Corsair CX-600M Bronze Power Supply that also has a 6870 running. Would I be able to overclock the CPU without any problems?

Full PC specs are

Intel Core i5 3570k
Asrock Z77 Extreme4
G.Skill Ripjaws-X (2x4GB)
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870 OC 2GB
Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Corsair CX-600M Modular Bronze Power Supply
