that makes no sense. its the processor itself and the chipset and mobo u choose will determine the thermal levels of ur cpu and system. also the cooler u choose will make a difference. 32 bit versus 64 bit has no logic to change temps.

Well, the 64-bit functionality would exercise parts of the CPU die that aren't normally used, so you could see a minuscule (1-2 degree) shift in temps, but nothing of any significance.
