Hi Fellow Friends,

I have a P10S WS Asus motherboard. I've installed 64 GB of Ram (16x4), in the bios I could see all the 4 slots reads the ram, but the memory reported in bios is only 32 gb.
In the WIN 10 OS its showing as 32 gb as well.

ram brand is :
1) Netac 16gb 2133 mhz x 2
2) Netac 16gb 2677 mhz x 2

I've flashed my bios and have populated the ram in all variation, but still it shows 32 gb.

I've thought it might be because of the RAM Speed , and to test i plugged in a 2133 on A2 and a 2677 on B2 and the system does detect both ram without any issue, so I believe the problem is not because of mixing up the ram speed. If any one familliar with the P10S WS board please help me on this.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? As for your rams, what do you see when running sticks of Netac 2666MHz in slots A2 and B2?

If I were you I'd invest in a reliably built ram kit.

I'm using 3801 bios version, on the bios its show A2 16GB and B2 16GB speed is 2133 , i even mixed up the speed A2 16GB 2133 and B2 16GB speed is 2677 and it works as well the speed shows 2133. So i'm just confused why when i slot in all 4 rams the memory is showing 32gb instead of 64 gb. Also to add in the windows it shows 2 of 4 slots used. So its like A1 and B1 is not in use, in bios all dimm is enabled
