Building a PC for a cousin. Which one better for general use & gaming?

The kits are:

Crucial Pro 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL36-38-38-80 ($89)
CORSAIR Vengeance 32GB (2x16GB) 6400MHz CL36-48-48-104 ($107)

Depends on the rest of the system specs, but I would probably lean towards the 6400 kit. Ideally you want a ddr5 6000 cl30 kit if possible.
