Question 6650 XT displaying Monitor and TV

Previously I had a similar problem and was able to solve it through here.

I recently bought a RX 6650 XT. The DP port is connected to my monitor and the HDMI is on the second monitor.

I'm trying to connect the HDMI cable to my LG 4k TV HDMI. However, when I connect the HDMI of the TV to the PC it doesn't give any signal. Besides the Monitor of PC gets a black screen, showing No Signal. The HDMI cable that I'm using is 2.0

I used the same cable to connect to a Notebook and got video.

I was wondering what I can do to get both videos working.

basic question first, did you enable the second monitor once it was plugged in?? it does not automatically enable just because it is connected.

windows key + p calls up the menu to extend or mirror the desktop to the second screen.

When I connect my other monitor (with HDMI) its display all good.

I can't Windows + P with the TV because my PC Monitor goes all black 🙁

right click the desktop and select personalize/screen resolution/or whatever your version of windows says to get to display properties.

enable the second screen from there so they are both turned on.

or settings app, display and go from there. it's all the same

I tried every resolution but still no video on my TV.

When I had NVIDIA GPU, I rember that I changed something on Control Panel or some changed some settings on my card.

With AMD, how I do this?

No clue. I've never had to do anything special for multiple monitors no matter what card I had.
