I have recently just built this system and I've had it running for a couple of days, i was in the middle of playing a game and the monitor stopped displaying the image, i did a slight overclock on the GPU only to 950mhz up from 900. and i Overclocked the CPU to 4400ghz but that shouldn't be the problem because i have taken the GPU out and plugged the monitor into the MB instead and everything works fine. I have also uninstalled the AMD drivers and tried running the GPU again but no luck.

My system specs are:

CPU: Intel CPU Core i5 2500K Sandybridge LGA1155
PSU: corsair v2 80+ 600w
Heatsink: Coolermaster 412s
Mobo: gigabyte z77-d3h
RAM: G-Skill 8GB(2x4gb) RipjawsX DDR3 Memory PC3-12800 1600MHz 1.5V
GPU: Sapphire Graphics Card HD 6870 1GB GDDR5
HDD: Seagate 1.0TB hard disk drive Barracuda SATA III 64MB cache 7200rpm

Has anyone else had any issues like this? Will i need to replace the GPU?

I have no access to another system to try this, but i tried to turn my computer on and there was an image but there was two glitchy lines going up the screen about 1inch thick.

Then i tried a reboot, PCIe slot change, and nothing is working.
