Hello everyone, I am looking to build my first PC and was wanting some suggestions for a $700 gaming PC (preferably under $700). My build will include monitor, keyboard and OS. I will mostly be playing games like GTA V, BF4, and Spintires.

Ps. It would be nice if you could just give me pcpartpicker links, but if not I understand:)

Solution
I prefer Intel but I am going to post an AMD build since this is a budget build. Just for gaming, upgrading might be a task given AMD's platform. If not this, then the above build is just fine (just that you need to find prices that don't rely so heavily on rebates)

3$ over budget but it is worth it. Do you need a keyboard?
this will max out almost any game at 1080p

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, but I think i'm going to go with bsod1's build only because I watched some YouTube videos and the 860k performs a lot better with the r9 280 than the i3 4170:)
