Hello everyone. A friend of mine was wanting a gaming rig able to smoothly run recent games such as Fallout 4. His budget, as he put it, is "below $700". He has a monitor, and a mouse and keyboard. He'd prefer a mid tower case. If anyone could draw up a parts list, we'd be very grateful. Thank you.

The i3-6100 is hyper threaded so this should do well in multi-threaded games as well. It should be able to handle games on high settings at 30fps easily at 1080p. The R9 380 is a great card for this purpose. Overall, this would be a great build. Let me know if you or your friend have any questions.
