Question 7000 series my fan not spinning.help

2 Months ago i buy gpu name xfx rx 7900 xtx magnetic air and sadly from now on the fan did not spin.sometimes spin but only one fan the others not.i know some of u says zero rpm but that thing is disable if my gpu reach high temperature and the fan should spin normally.the fan sometimes spin sometimes not like a disco ball.i remove the fan put it back in and nothing work.the saddest thing is my warranty says there is no replacement because the gpu is still not available and they already test it that fan is working in their place.the only hope if i can exchange that to 4080 super zotac because it is in same supplier and warranty and hardly accept it that it more slower than 7900 xtx .if i watercooled the 7900 xtx the warranty is gone.idk now.sorry for bad english

What do you mean 4080 Super is slower? I'd trade 7900XTX for 4080 Super in a heartbeat if I were you.

if the fan spins sometimes it could be a software issue, I'm no expert so someone else would have to tell you how, but check the settings of any software you have that controls fan speeds
