I just bought the ASUS VG245HE and it advertises 75 hz but when i open it's pannel with the settings it says it's 60 hz
I've tried going to the advanced settings in my resolution but the only option is 60 hz
Processor: AMD A8-7650K R7 4 Cores 3.29Hz
Graphics card: Nvidia Gtx 750 Ti
Ram : 8GB

Any solutions?

You may need to use a different cable / and or input into your monitor. Some panels will not go over 60Hz when using HDMI @1080p.

Also you may want to try switching OFF GPU scaling in your GPU settings and see if this helps.

Personally my monitor is capable of 144Hz, but i use 120Hz @1080p using DVI and a good DVI-Dual link cable.

I use a VGA cable that came with the monitor, may that be the problem?
I also found out that if i set my resolution to 1280x1024 i can turn on 75hz from nvidia control pannel

Edit: I tried making a custom resolution in nvidia control pannel and i put it to 75 hz 1920x1080, it worked, but i didn;t notice much of a difference, then i see that it all looks and moves choppy and sharp and a little off as you can see

And when my open my monitor's control pannel it still says 60hz

VGA being an analogue rather than digital connector tends to degrade gradually as bandwidth increases. Higher resolutions just aren't as crisp as DVI or HDMI.
With a higher refresh rate, you won't necessarily notice a difference in the picture per say, but the fluidity will improve. Such as the mouse cursor movement, and in most high demanding FPS games it will be of huge benefit. I would strongly suggest using the HDMI connectivity and re-set your configuration.

I've heard that hdmi only supports 60hz, but i'll try when i get the chance

When i am in nvidia control pannel it says vga connection
And that's what it is
I still need some kind of fix

Ok, forget what Nvidia control panel says. So you have physically seen that your card HAS got a VGA connection, and you are using a VGA cable? is this what you are saying? You have also made sure that your monitor is plugged into your CARD, and not your MOBO yeah?
