Will someone please build me a $750 gaming PC. Please use an i5 and Windows 8.1. I have a 32in T.V I can use while I save up for a monitor. Please include a motherboard that can handle two graphics cards. Please make sure it is the most "bang-for-the-buck".

Try this (edited for OS and higher cap PSU):

EDIT: Oops, forgot OS.
EDIT: If you want, the Z97S is a good SLI motherboard as well, with broadwell support, but the Z97-A has some better stuff if you don't want to upgrade.
EDIT: More over budget now 🙁 but the bigger PSU should be worth it if you want to CF. The 960 is definitely worth looking at and would allow you to go back to 620W. Do you like antialiasing?
