750 Ti power source???

I have 360w seasonic gold psu (ssr360gp) which has 30A on a single 12v rail...my question is: is it better to buy 750ti with or without power connector (my psu has one), will it be underpowered if I buy one without 6-pin??

The PSU you have is enough to power the gtx 750 ti
Some gtx 750 ti comes with a 6pin connector like asus gtx 750 ti and some doesn't require any pcie connectors like this one requires no extra pcie connectors http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127784

and performance wise both will perform similar .

The GTX 750 Ti does not need a 6-pin power connector. Buying a card without the connector is fine.
Your power supply should be fine with this graphics card.
