760 or 770 for the games I play?

I am currently debating between the gtx 760 and the gtx 770 to add to my current build to replace my radeon 6770 1gb. I can't choose which one because of the price difference.
I know the 770 gets ~15 more fps in games than the 760 for 50-80 bucks more, which is why I'm unsure if i want to spend that much extra. I want to run my games on high to ultra settings.
The games I play are:

Chivalry: Medieval Warfare
DayZ Standalone (Which I'm aware is really hard to run.)
Smite
Arma 3 (Also pretty hard to run)

*Battlefield 4 (If I get the 760 I plan on getting BF4 with the extra money I have.)

Will a 760 cut it for those games to run at least high, with the exception of DayZ or Arma 3?

I'm sort of leaning towards the 760 to save some money even though its less power.
The 2 im looking at are:

For the 760, I'm leaning towards the Zotac one since it has higher core clock and boost clock. *And my case is orange and black ;-) Although the Gigabyte one has 3 fans which would be nice cooling but i feel like it would be annoying, opinions on the two? PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHICH OF THE TWO YOU THINK IS BETTER, SINCE IM NOT GREAT WITH GRAPHICS CARDS!

If you think I should go with the 770, I would get the gigabyte windforce oc version since it's currently on sale for cheap.

Current specs:
i5 3570K @ 3.4 GHz
1 x 8gb kingston hyperblu x ram @ 1666MHz
EVGA 600b 600w PSU
Radeon 6770 1gb non OC
ASRock z77 Extreme4
NZXT Phantom Full Newegg Edition
Acer V233H @ 1920x1080

*Other things to keep in mind is since I work now, I don't game as much as I used too which is another reason why I am leaning towards a 760.

Let me know what you think I should get between the two and/or feedback about the cards.
Thanks! :)

Solution
I have the Gigabyte 670 which is almost the same as a 760 and it performs very well in Far Cry 3 in 1080p with ultra settings, same goes for DayZ Standalone.
I have the GTX770 Gigabyte also the Windforce is super quiet with the three fans surprisingly, but if you really want to save the money the GTX760 should do fine, but for Arma 3 and DayZ id personally again go with the GTX770

At least in the games you listed, the difference between the gtx 760 and 770 is not much in terms of frames. Unless you love crysis 3, far cry 3, or metro last light, a gtx 770 might be an overkill at 1080p. With that being, the gtx 770 is the better card and will future proof you longer.

Thanks for the quick response, but no I dont play any of those games. :)

It's quite rare to see me on Arma 3 but medium to high on DayZ at ~35 fps would cut it for me if the 760 could provide that? And would a 760 run Battlefield 4 on high-ultra at ~ 45 fps?

dayZ and Arma 3 though also lean heavy on your CPU, and you have a good CPU so I dont really see a downside with going and saving some money on the GTX760, the 770 is just more power and will last you longer in the future.

Which of the two 760's that I linked would be a better decision? Or another brand in that price range that you'd recommend? Leaning towards the Zotac one like I mentioned because of the higher clocks and its like half the size. But I'm not an expert so...

Its still such a high price, plus i would just get the gigabyte version since its 329 without a rebate and i think it has better cooling haha
