7700k OC voltage higher than my manual set during gameplay

i have manually dropped my VCore from stock(was @1.3) to 1.225V and managed to get a stable 4.6GHz however by using HWiNFO64 im reading 1.345V which causes extra temperature increase during gameplay. Now; I am aware 7700k runs hot compared to the other processors , not delidded. so I am curious if the Volt spikes are normal or is there a way i can manage that? since having extra Voltage increases temps. it might help me out a little bit

In HWinfo are you looking at VID or Vcore? Either way that is a bit high for only 4.6ghz. I have the 7700k at 4.7ghz 1.18v. Every chip is different though.
