775 to 478 converter

1) Do not bash me up
2) It seems that now Intel has a big range of product for potential update with socket 775 so if people have seen economic justification for producing converter from Pentium M to socket 478, is it a plausible idea to have a converter, which somehow operating at the level of "high" chipset like 955 or 975 so that user can use almost all of socket 775 CPU ( including dual core ) in their existing 478 mobo ( some good ones like P4P800 or IC7).

297 pins is a lot to make up. Even if it were possible, the complexity of the adaptor, coupled with a low market potential, would probably make it more expensive than a s775 board.
