7770 vs. 570

I am sorty of a noob when it comes to comapring GPUs, but my question is I can get a 7770 for 140 and I can get a 570 for 190. I heard that the 570s overheat a bit but I know the 7770 wont. Which is better and more bang for buck and do you know of any good PSUs that can handle them for cheap/

The 570 is a stronger card and I think it would be worth it for $50 more. Alternatively, you can go for a 7850. It has similar performance to the 570 and costs a little less. Should run cooler too.

For the power supply you should take a look at this corsair cx 600w. Its on sale right now. Good enough for that card.

Azn Cracker got everything right. Just get a 7850 instead of a GTX570. It performs quite similar to the 570 but consumes far less power. For psu, CX500 is also good in case you missed the deal

There is a twin frozr II 560 ti on sale for 148 dollars. Should I buy this instead of a 7850 for 200 dollars?
I will be playing games like Battlefield and Farcry on medium to high settings on a small monitior

A 560 ti for $150 is a great deal of performance for the money however it will not keep pace with the slightly more expensive 7850.

Why the hell get a 7850 with only 1gb for $180 when the cheapest 2gb model is only 4 more dollars LOL.
