Question 7900 GRE Stopped Displaying Input Signal

I was using the 7900 gre and it was working perfectly until it randomly stopped displaying input signal, while using the pc. Now it turns on but isn't detected by the motherboard. I reset the BIOS and made sure it wasn't using the integrated graphics. I did a clean install of the drivers with both amd clean utility , DDU, and tried hdmi and dp ports. It hasn't been used for that long, so I am unsure of what else I can do. I have also tried to re-seat the gpu and nothing seems to work, the hdmi works with the motherboard.

PSU, motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage
how did you connect the gpu to the PSU?

cpu: amd 7800x3d
Gpu: 7900 gre
Motherboard: b650 tomahawk
Psu: Corsair rm750
Was working fine for past 6 months, have not changed anything in settings.
