Question 7950x3d voltage idle vs game

Hi to all, this is my setup PC:

MSI B650 Tomahawk
Lexar 16gb x 2 6000cl30 hynix a-die

(i've trying r9 9900x and now 7950x3d)

With 9900x pbo -30, shaper (med,high,max freq.) -20, undervolt override -0.0850 this cpu have 1.22 to 1.3 volt (more when watt consume go high)
The 9900x STOCK give me 1.34 to 1.395 volt (same if im in idle or game)
So i prefer to switch with 7950x3d for the question about "Oxide Breakdown".
But when i'm in idle i've 1.25~1.35 voltage, when i play game or similar the voltage drop to 1.040 ~ 1.160 voltage.
Can I do anything to lower the idle voltage?

Why do you think you need to undervolt/modify the settings for your CPU? What do you hope to gain?

tsmc n4p oxide breakdown when vcore go over 1.2v

Honestly, I think you are worrying over nothing. Run at default settings and you'll have nothing to be concerned about.
