Hello,
I placed this order and you said it was delayed. You then said it would be cancelled if I did not respond that particular day. I was not able to respond and I DO want this part. Had I wanted it to be cancelled, I would have told you!

Not at all! I placed an order with Dell and was told by them that you were the provider. I have had nothing but messages telling me that the order has been put on hold unless I responded the day the message was sent to me. You have not yet seen me irate!

As far as I know, this website is just a forum about computers.
We could possibly give help about problems with a Dell computer.
But we do not deal with orders/payments/purchases/and such
Like WR2 said, You need to work with the Dell people.

What exactly did the Dell people say?
Is there an email that they sent?
Or was this over the phone?
Maybe you misunderstood what they said?
