800mhz ddr2 ram on a 1333mhz fsb motherboard

System: Dell Vostro
Motherboard Dell ocu409
Currently running 2 nos 1 GB modules of DDR2 NECC 667mhz RAM on bank 1 and 3
CPU: Core2 Duo E6550 @ 2.33GHz

Can i upgrade my RAM to 3 GB of DDR2 800mhz? Will the motherboard support this? What kind of speed improvement will i see?

you not realy see any speed boast from going with ram that only 133mgz faster. you have to remove the older ram or the newram and mb will still run at 677 or you get blue screen do to two difrant speed ram.
