should crush e-sport titles just fine
plays PUBG on low-med
it has 6c/12t and 16GB of RAM, a little basic editing will be fine with this rig
lemme know if u need any changes XD

Solution

Wow that was fast.I would rather play PUBG on high setting but I guess I am asking for too much for this amount of money.Anyway I will be waiting for any other suggestions but I think that that build is a fair deal. Thanks for your time :)

ΝΟΤΕ* Which gpu would be able to run PUBG on high or more settings for a price close to a 1050 ti?

I'd post one, but I don't think I can do better for this price. This is about the best you'll get at $830. You can shuffle around and try to get a 1060 in there, but you're likely to have to make real sacrifices somewhere else and open-world games like powerful CPUs; PUBG isn't the type of game for which I would counsel going with a Pentium or an i3. *Maybe* going back to 8 GB of RAM and doing the SSD later, but there are downsides to this.

well here's some aspect u should consider:
1. high settings PUBG can affect your gameplay, grass becomes too realistic and thick, leading to difficulties in noticing proning enemies
2. imo, the games aren't meant to please u aestheticaly XD it's a battle-royale dude, u can't just lie around and taking photos / enjoying the scenery without getting shot / concerning the barrier area reduce too XD
3. high shadows can lead to darker areas
4. your budget is restrained, and honestly the GPU can be replaced another time when u had the money as the rig are already stable enough
5. the game is pretty unoptimized, some even says that high-end PCs had troubles running those games on high-ultra

if u could spend another 200$, u may be able to afford a 1060 instead, which should be fine for med-high [yeah, miners makes those GPU cost too damn expensive, that's why we couldn't cut corners to afford the 1060... in the MSRP pricing, i might could've done that...]

i use an i5 2400 right now, most of the times with a mix of very-low-low-med settings the CPU usage already reaches 70-80% and even maxed out in some areas, so i don't think i could recommend a 4c/4t CPUs, with the core count trends shifting and that kind of usage, i'd say u're better off not cutting corner on the CPU, so instead, i tried this one here, i cut corners with the lower wattage/less efficiency PSU [but it's still a decent quality, don't worry], i also choose another case which is cheaper but still decent enough, lowered the RAM to 8 GB.... all in order to achieve the better GPU, u can go with this instead if u're still prefer the high settings:

Ok cool thanks for the advice I really appreciate it!

NOTE* how on earth do you know all these xD

I live in Greece but I can order the parts from US depending on the shipping costs or get some of them from here.

i just edited the post above XD might want to check it out XD

hmm, just some watching some youtube videos, drawing some conclusion, and do a little testing, that's all, also, my friends told me some of his experience of how playing on high settings leads to a more difficult game...

Yeah I guess that is true.Anyway thanks for your help!

Yeah don't worry I saw it.Anyway I think I will stick to the original build. :)

As with what Constantine_99 said. Usually playing at a higher detail level hurts you in games like that. Competitive shooters like PUBG's are usually played at as low of detail as possible to get you the best advantage.

Reworking some of the other build's I've made for other people including discounts is at $770. Might not have those in your country so I tried to make it as close to $830 as I could. If you were able to get a little bit more money together, I would look at 16gigs of ram vs the 8.
