8400gs drivers cause blank screen after boot!

64C is high but not dangerously so (though for a 5670 very unusual). I would also suggest replacing the thermal compund on the card if you feel up to it, but check with the manufacterer warrenty first. XFX covers you if you replace the compound.

The same AS5, the only tricky part was removing the H&F of the card so that I could replace the compund. However my card was second hand so I had no warrenty coverage (Asus doesn't provide it anyway), check with your manufacterer it might be better to do this later.

Sapphire gives out a 2 year warranty for this card so i dont think i can change the compound either until after the period! I have overclocked the card using catalyst controller, the GPU clock is at 800MHz while the memory clock is at 985MHz, i have left the fan at 38%! Its probably because of this that the temp is increasing slightly!
