870A-G54 problem connecting to my Monitor

I bought the Msi 870A-G54 and the serial port it has is a male (9pins) and my monitor has a female 15 VGA port (15 pins). I looked online but cant seem to find a cable that would work, can anyone help? Or direct me to a suitable VGA cable.

looks like this board does not come with onboard gpu (vga)
have a look at the specs at msi http://global.msi.eu/index.php?func=prodmbspec&maincat_no=1&cat2_no=&cat3_no=&prod_no=2057 i am afraid it's not a cable you need but a video card
