Question 880 mbps but only 12 MB/sec

I have read many of the conversations, but still unsure why if my internet speed tests at 880 mbps via ethernet from router to M2 Mac mini, I am only seeing 12 mb/sec download. I would expect 110MB/sec, correct? How do I increase the speed?
