I have an EPoX 8KRA2+ motherboard with an Athlon 2600+ XP processor.
My problem is that the cpu is rated at a speed of 2.113 ghz but I can
only get 1.67 with standard settings of the BIOS
The FSB is correctly set at 400 on the jumpers.
Has anyone else had a similar problem, and come up with any solution?

The correct fsb for your cpu is 133 (266 ddr) mhz. The multiplier is 16.
That is how it gets to 2.113 ghz.

I changed the settings to 133 X 16 and achieved a cpu speed of 2.133
ghz, but it wouldn't boot, just kept rebooting, so I dropped the
multiplier to 15 and everything works fine at a cpu speed of 2ghz
which I'm happy with.
