MoBo - MSI GD65 is the functional equivalent of Asus Hero with same feature set and equal or better componentry for £40.00
Cooler - The Cryorig R1 beats everything else; after that the next best coolers are Noctua DH-15 > Phantels PH-TC14-PE > Thermalright Silver Arrow > Noctua DH-14. I went w/ the Phanteks for aesthetic reasons
RAM - The 2133's are almost same price as the 1600s
HD - has built in SSD so will boot / load frequently used games just a hair slower than SSD
Case / PSU - picked so as to accommodate a 2nd 970
