problem 1
ssd's
connecting second ssd causes both ssds to go undetected, sometimes the primary ssd boots normally but the second stays undetected. It happens randomly, sometimes both ssd's function normally for a month.
all ports and several cables tested,
problem 2
ram
2x4gb 1600cl9 dual channel ram has worked fine for years.
After upgrading to 2x8gb 2400cl11, Windows takes a minute to boot and is extremely slow.
i've tried setting the mhZ to the correct speed but it doesn't make a difference, also the voltage is set at the right setting of 1.65.
Now with the old ram back in, everything is still slow, what could have changed?
I reset all bios settings to default, cleared cmos, tested different ram slots.
I have long thought that the motherboard is faulty, if you have any doubt please tell me why. Thanks
