a $450 build

Solution
I only chose that 620w, due to price. It wasn't much different price than the Seasonic 430w. Gives the build some upgrade headroom, for only $1.01 more.
H110 boards require a bios update, to work with that CPU. Without mail in rebates that system is more like $526. That PSU is not a quality unit.

This is much closer to your actual budget, with a motherboard that has wifi, and a much higher quality power supply.

I have the Asrock h110m HDV and it worked with the G4560 without a bios update but if your motherboard needs a update tell the seller and he will update the bios for you. 620w is more than you need 500w is more than enough. You can get a dual core ram for extra speed but if you want to upgrade to 16GB in the future then stay with 1 8gb. You can also change the HDD with an SSD if you dont need a lot of storage. A fast hard drive will improve the system loading by a lot. good luck on your build
