A brand new budget setup - good enough for mild gaming?

I am going to invest in a motherboard as well as a new prcessor.

The products I am investing in : Intel Xeon Dual Core 3.0ghz
Motherboard : Intel SE7520BD2

RAM DDR2 : 4GB

Graphics card : Ati Radeon HD 4550

Will this setup be adequate for mild gaming? or gaming on lowest settings.
