In that build the video card might not even fit, plus your getting a not modular PSU and a micro atx mini tower, so cable management would be a pain. And in the long run the Pentium would be better because AMD does not have hyper-threading. I highly doubt that a 100 dollar r9 is very good.

ehh, you just went full retard...
amd does not have hypertheading, true, but neither does the pentium, and the pentium has half the cores...
r9 for 100$, you know that the 270 is the lowest end r9 of the previous generation...
non modular in a micro atx case, so what, do you really expect good cable management and that in this budget?
