I have used the Intel® Desktop Board DH67CL and I was very happy with it. Here are a number of other good H67 board that I like Asus P8H67-M Pro, Gigabyte GA-H67-MA-USB3-B3, and the MSI H67MS-E43 are all nice boards and all fit your needs.

is intel dh67cl is best for non overclock gaming for a i5 2500 and msi gtx 560

i said for non overclock gaming.. dont want to invest money on overclocking instead i will invest it on graphic card like ati 69502gb or 69702gb

Our top of the line gaming board right now and the only one that really is set up to overclock is the Intel® Desktop Board DP67GB. The DH67CL and the DP67BL are both nice media boards with the main difference between them being that the DH67CL supports the IGP (Intergraded Graphics on Processor) and the DP67BL can do a little overclocking but that isnt the main point of the board. So it really comes down to if you want support for the IGP or not.
