A good mobo for an AMD 3000+ XP

What is a good mobo for an AMD 3000+ XP System? Please keep in mind I would like to experiment with some overclocking and the price has to be in the range of 100 - 150 CND.

The abit nf7-s or an7 will work fine, and provide plenty of features and overclocking settings.
