[SOLVED] A good PSU

I have been thinking about upgrading my setup, my current setup contains of
Mobo: Asus PRIME B450M-A
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Ram: G skill ripjaw V - 16gb 3200Mhz
PSU: Corsair vs450
GPU: 1050ti 4gb MSI gaming X
HDD: 1tb
SSD: 1tb m2.0

I was thinking about buying a Acer KG241Q 144hz 1080p monitor and upgrade my GPU to a asrock RX5700 XT challanger 8gb.
Obviously I need to upgrade my PSU but i'm not sure wich one I should go for, Any tips or recomendations? Also, are there other GPU/Monitors i should check out? And is this upgrade enough to get 144fps with medium settings?

You will need to look at a 650W PSU to power the entire system, with room for overclocking. I'd suggest one made by Seasonic, the Focus series is a good lineup.

How much would you be able to spend, what is your preferred site for purchase and where are you located? You could change the GPU to something higher, like a GTX1660Ti but you're good as is, until you have money for an RTX2060 Super(assuming you're on a tight budget now).

He's upgrading for a 5700XT.

Wich 2060 super would you recommend me? and is it better then a rx5700 xt? i prefer to have the gpu below 450 euro. my prefered sites are: https://www.megekko.nl/ , https://www.bol.com/nl/ , https://azerty.nl/ and https://www.alternate.nl/ . if you couldn't tell with the sites, i live in the Netherlands. Thanks for the fast response

No, the 5700XT is better than 2060S, its close to the 2070S.

I would highly reccomend AGAINST buying that card. The heatsync is not designed properly and the GDDR6 runs way to warm. Many owners are reporting dead cards due to overheating.\

HW unboxed ranked that card as one of the worst products of 2019

Wow, my bad, didn't know Asus made crappy cards, my 2080 Ti STRIX never gets past 60C on full load.

Asus usually makes good cards.
Unfortunately that ASUS tuf card is by far the worst RX5700xt, probably worse than the reference one.
